Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally
Countries we ship to include:
UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Malta, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Norway, Iceland, Montenegro, Mexico, Albania, Russia.
Please fill in your address at check out and the price will change accordingly.
Orders to the EU may be subject to VAT, customs fees, and handling charges on delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return?
Unfortunately NOTS doesn’t offer returns, all sales are final, unless there is a fault with your purchase.
This is because we are a small business, a lot of products are made bespoke or as 1 of 1’s.
For clothing please measure yourself correctly so you are confident with the size you’ve selected.
How long until my order is shipped?
make to order accessories and clothing - please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make and post your order.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Drop us a DM or e-mail at shopnots@outlook.com we are accommodating.
Can I pre order?
No, we don’t offer pre orders at NOTS, when things go live is when you can purchase.
