NOTS has collaborated with a wide variety of clients and brands. We run accessible, community-led workshops — from our signature sessions (bottle bags, keychains) to co-produced, product-specific workshops tailored to a brand’s needs. We work across categories, partnering with outdoor and shoe brands (for example, Salomon), sports brands (Nike), and fashion-focused labels (Carhartt, Uniqlo).

NOTS also hosts workshops in and around our Manchester studio. Our workshops focus on connection, creativity and engaging with those who aren’t always involved in the craft world. We are passionate about learning new things and encouraging people to learn what brings them joy. Being able to introduce people to our practice and show them how much happiness making brings is a really special part of NOTS

Creative Projects

NOTS has taken part in exciting projects that showcase our handwriting in fresh, creative ways. We’re always looking for opportunities to expand NOTS into unexpected places, pushing boundaries and honing our skills to learn and grow.

NOTS delivers far more than workshops — we partner with clients to bring creative visions to life across every stage of a project:

  • Creative direction: shaping overall concepts, mood, and storytelling to ensure each project has a clear, compelling identity.

  • Art direction: overseeing visual language and direction, styling, and imagery to create cohesive, professionally polished outputs.

  • Collaborative product design: co-designing products with clients and makers to blend brand needs, user experience, and market appeal.

  • Customisation: working into existing products to customise with our NOTS handwriting,

  • Fabrication: managing production logistics and working with skilled makers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and durable finished products.

We combine a strong design sensibility with practical production experience, so clients get work that looks beautiful, fits their brand, and is built to be made.

ARC’TERYX

Craeft was co-founded by Izzy Coyle and myself (Emilia Jones). After years of building our own creative practices and regularly teaming up on projects, we decided to create Craeft - a space to share skills, explore new crafts and encourage more people to embrace the joy of making through play. Together so far we have developed Found, Round and Bound. An installation and community project designed to encourage individuals learn how to knit. We have built a collection of looms inspired by traditional French knitting dolls and braiding forks made from unconventional materials and objects.
