Bust: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist: measure at the narrowest point, usually above the belly button.
Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20–25 cm below the waist.
Sleeve length: measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.

Tips for accurate measuring:

• Stand relaxed and breathe normally.

• Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight.

• Measure over lightweight clothing or a thin layer.

• If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
